Introspective slow movements linking breath with motion. Focus is on breath work and reliance on God through meditation. Slow enough for all levels while giving the most advanced student the opportunity for growth.
Vinyasa makes a gradual progression or a step-by-step approach that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point and safely land them at the next point. It is sometimes described as the "breathing system," or the union of breath and movement that make up the steps.
An intense full body workout. Holding a power pose withlightweight dumbbells for upper and lower body training. All levels welcome

Yoga to praise and worship music. All levels welcome
Slow paced style of yoga with floor poses that are held for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes). A restorative practice that is complementary to more vigorous types of yoga & other exercise
A gentle practice of breath-work combined with seated and standing postures using the support of a chair. All are welcome, however this class is especially beneficial for those with reduced mobility due to injury, illness, or age.
A slower paced vinyasa, fluid flow to open and stretch your body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
A vigorous form of Vinyasa flow yoga that incorporatessome upper body, lower body, & core movements to strengthen the body. (Of course Anyone is welcome, but if you are just starting out in your practice or don't enjoy a faster pace yoga, then we would suggest Slow Flow or regular Vinyasa flow to start out)
Stretch and tone/ combination of yoga stretches and muscle Toning. Class will be done with weights and bands in resistance training exercises. Working abs , butts, legs and arms.
